All orders shipped to an address outside of the UK are now DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The duties and taxes associated with your order will be shown clearly on the checkout page, along with the delivery option chosen.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please see more detailed info below.

Processing Time
We always do our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note as a small independent business we currently cannot ship orders on weekends. For any orders placed after 2pm (GMT) on Fridays, we will send as soon as we possibly can on the next working day (usually the following Monday).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: Express shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Orders below £100 - £5.95
  • Orders over £100 - FREE
• Europe: Standard shipping (5-10 business days) - £14.99
• Rest of the World: Standard shipping (10-15 business days) - £23.99

Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

***PLEASE NOTE***
Any orders returned to us due to non-payment of import fees are  subject to a re-stocking fee of £25 deducted from any subsequent refund to cover additional administration costs.
